- Construct a number of industrial, commercial and municipal buildings so that your citizens have everything they need, but be aware that each building has a limited supply area and a limited amount of resources to produce;
- Procure resources, upgrade existing buildings or research and build new ones, and make sure your residents' needs are met in time to keep them happy - otherwise your city will have a negative migration balance;
