WebMoney Keeper is a client application of the same name payment system for Android devices. It is designed for secure transactions within the system and input/output of money. It is equipped with a built-in messenger to communicate with other users, its own aggregator of online stores and QR-code scanner.
It has a multi-level security system to prevent unauthorized access to wallets by third parties and an FTP-client to exchange files and upload identity documents. Can be used to pay utility bills, car fines, top-up your cell phone, bill and other payment transactions.
Functionality of WebMoney Keeper
- Creates a new user account (WMID) in the system or gets authorized in a private office of existing one;
- Loads the actual information on the linked to the account wallets, the history of transactions and a list of new messages from other users;
- Scans QR codes with a camera and interprets the information encrypted in them;
- Carries out (after confirmation) a transaction of the specified type according to the specified parameters: withdrawal to a card, transfer to a purse, payment according to bank details, currency exchange, invoicing, loan, crediting, etc;
- Sends a text message to a selected correspondent (a user who allowed himself to be added to the contact list);
- Loads and displays a list of online stores that support the ability to pay with the service's electronic currency;
- Sends selected files to the specified users or to the system's server (identity documents, screenshots of transactions, receipts, etc.);
- Automatically terminates all initiated sessions if tampering is suspected, and sends appropriate notifications to the user.

Disadvantages
- For security reasons (anti-money laundering) it is necessary to upload passport data to handle large amounts of money;
