Screamer Radio is free software for listening to Internet radio stations and works under Windows family operating systems. Streaming radio can be played in MP3, AAC, WMA, or Ogg Vorbis formats. It is also possible to record a stream into a file and listen to it later, receiving ID3 tags from the broadcasting server. The information carried by the tags can be optionally displayed during the current playback and written to the file structure when the stream is recorded on media.
Advantages of Screamer Radio
- the program is free;
- The interface is not annoying with ads, the presence of which is typical for most similar programs;
- Enough internet radio stations to choose from;
- Radio stations can be added to bookmarks, listening history;
- flexibility of the program settings;
- convenience of recording streams that can easily be broken down into individual tracks, followed by recording ID3 tags;
- practically does not consume any system resources.
The disadvantages of the program are not too well-thought-out interface and somewhat inconvenient navigation of radio stations, the lack of English localization.
