Google Keep is a small Android utility designed to create and store small notes. The information is stored in the form of text entries, in which you can insert small images.
Functionality of Google Keep
On the main screen in the form of blocks there are already added and saved items. There are initially created categories by which you can sort notes for quick search. It is possible to add notes to individual contacts from the phone book. In view of the good integration of Google Keep with the Android operating system, notes will be visible, including in the phone book.
Features of the application
Is cross-platform - works also on Windows or Chrome OS. Available for use from under Google Chrome, as well as any web browser. When accessed from the same account, all notes can be synced quickly and easily.
Benefits of
- Photos or audio can be added to notes to serve as additional information;
- Can set a reminder so the user doesn't miss an important event;
- When a note is changed, only the changed note is saved, moving to a later edit time. The old note is automatically deleted without cluttering the space;
- It is possible to edit off-line. When the connection appears, synchronization will occur automatically;
- Ability to choose the design of the main window for each user.
Disadvantages
- The font does not change, the application does not allow to adjust to individual mobile devices, especially with a small screen;
- Not implemented convenient viewing from Google Watch.
