Foto2avi is a utility to convert (convert) image format files into video recordings and then edit them. The program works in the Windows line starting from NT.

The program allows to create a video based on several graphic files (drawings, schemes, pictures, photos or presentation slides). Input data can be any graphic formats. In the output user can get files of the following formats: *.avi, *.mkv, *.mp4, *.mreg and *.flv.
The utility offers the basic functionality of a video editor, including tools for attaching, cropping, format changing, and burning to DVD. Since version 3, Foto2Avi supports working with HD and Blue Ray. However, to create videos of this quality you need the appropriate source material - files and photos with a resolution of more than 4 megapixels.
