Nero Free is an application for recording discs, a version of the popular Nero package with reduced functionality for working with discs.
In this version of Nero the developers have only left the possibility to record and copy disks. In addition, the program has a function to clean the disk. Nero free can also act as an RSS reader for your favourite news feeds.
What Nero Free can do
The program is translated into English. User can write only in data mode, so obviously Video-DVD and Audio-CD burning, creating and burning disc images and editing author's DVDs are absent in the program because these functions are not provided in the free Nero.
Unfortunately there is no user manual and quick help in Nero Free. In the menu of the program there are tabs "Convert and Record", "Create and edit" and others, which are available after paying a license.
