iTools is a handy tool for working with iOS gadgets connected to your PC. Wireless synchronization is available in the program. Once connected, all the content of the device is sorted into the appropriate sections of the program.
The program extends the standard functionality of the iTunes client, being not only a cataloguer, but also a file manager and a tool for working with backups and media files.
iTools interface and features
After installation, you'll see a window that asks you to connect your gadget to your computer. Once connected, the program will display key information about the device, including operating system version, device model, and if it's been tampered with. You can also see more detailed information about the gadget in the "View Details" section.
All work is organized according to the principle of tabs, each of which with its name corresponds to a specific category of information and settings:
- apps;
- media;
- photos;
- books;
- disk space;
- information;
- file manager;
- advanced settings.
To copy the desired file, just drag and drop it to the appropriate section of PC memory or vice versa.
The greatest freedom iTools gives when installing applications. You can install programs both from the iTunes folder and from external sources. In addition, you can make backups of any application that the standard client from Apple does not "know how". This is useful if you need to transfer any game or application with saved data to another iOS device. The main thing is to use the same iTunes account.
iTools contains its own library of apps. The software allows you to edit a backup of the system created through the standard client. It is possible to create ringtone files. The user can clean the memory from the garbage that accumulates during operation. Directly from the client you can turn off or restart the gadget.
The full memory chart allows you to see what types of data are stored on the mobile device. Of the disadvantages, it is worth noting that you can only use the program if you have iTunes installed on your PC. Another disadvantage is the slow video conversion.
