PhotoScape is a free, feature-rich photo editor with extensive capabilities for creating and editing images, animating and printing pictures.
PhotoScape features
The interface of PhotoScape is simple and easy to use. The files open in a tree view, and you can also drag and drop the file you want to open with your mouse right from a folder or your desktop.
The "Editor" tab contains a set of tools for editing, correcting images. The program has functions for adjusting brightness, contrast, sharpness, overlay effects. A picture can be given a ready-made frame, which the program has in its arsenal of about 200 pieces.
Among the objects that can be added to the picture, there is a wide range of different geometric shapes and icons. Among the special retouching features can be attributed to get rid of the "red-eye" effect in photos.
