Task Coach is a planner that combines the functions of a personal secretary and a day planner.

Using this application you can schedule a task for the future time. To do this, you need to create a task, write a couple of words in the description, assign a priority and dates of start, end and execution.
A distinctive feature of Task Coach is the ability to sort tasks by various criteria: attributes, time, titles and others. The organizer can also attach files and notes to tasks.
All data is saved in XML format. It has integration with services such as Outlook and Thunderbird - you can import tasks from them into Task Coach by dragging and dropping them.
Configuring the program is quite easy. It automatically saves the settings you choose, so you don't have to re-adjust many times. The Task Manager keeps track of the time spent scheduling tasks. The scheduled tasks themselves can be printed out or converted from HTML to CVS.
