Features of Yadis! Backup
- Create a new task by clicking on "New".
- Name the new task, specify source/resulting locations for the source files and our backup.
- After you select a target folder, the program will recognize its type (on a network share, removable drive, DVD, physical drive). Note that "Unknown" is when the target device cannot be recognized and, for obvious reasons, it is better not to use a hard drive for storing backups.
- Before starting the backup, you can set filters in the Filters section, namely those file extensions that should not be included in the backup being created. You can also allow only files with certain extensions.
