XYplorer Free is a mixture of a standard file manager and a navigator, it supports tabs, and you can name, lock, hide, and drag and drop tabs. You can move files between tabs, with destination and source locations visible by opening the destination tab on the fly. Switching between tabs is done with the mouse wheel.
