2GIS is a symbiosis of online navigator, offline maps and information guide for Android devices. It allows you to navigate using cellular towers, Wi-Fi access points and global positioning systems GPS and GLONASS. Has pre-installed offline maps to save battery power and navigation in the absence of communication.
Equipped with a built-in information and reference system that allows you to get comprehensive information about the route and objects on the map. Has several operating modes - "pedestrian", "road" and "public transport". If connected, it downloads information on traffic jams, road works, dangerous weather conditions, and other factors affecting the traffic situation.
2GIS functionality
- Displays an offline map of the area in the interface;
