Kodi (formerly XBMC Media Center) is a powerful media center with a huge set of features with an original, user-friendly graphical interface and design. The media center is designed for storing and playing multimedia of the main types - audio and video, photos.
Kodi has support for the English language, and the English language interface in the program is notable for the fact that its design is dynamically changing. The media center can work in full-screen mode with its own screen savers (screensavers).
Kodi features
The main function of the media center is to help you process multimedia content: music and videos (including PB format). The application is able to view photos and RSS. There's no problem opening ISO images because the media center will provide any codec you need.
Note that the "impressive" look of the program in terms of graphics does not mean that the program modules of Kodi are slow. All the files read by the media center (MPEG-1/2/4, DivX, XviD, JPG, MP3, GIF, AAC and others) are processed with high speed. Kodi can play CDs and DVDs and make it look like the files are actually being read from a hard drive.
